Why is the research being conducted
This research is part of a study conducted by Griffith University to investigate what residents think about their city. This part of the study asks Hong Kong residents what they think about Hong Kong.

What you are asked to do
You will be invited to participate in a survey, and asked questions about your experiences as a resident of Hong Kong. The questions will include what you feel about Hong Kong as a place to live, and your experiences including accommodation, attractions, shopping, restaurants, business environment and how environmentally-friendly the city is in terms of transport.

Selection of potential participants
Potential participants are anyone (adults) who lives in Hong Kong. No other conditions apply. You have randomly been selected from a large database of Hong Kong Web users.

Risks of the research
There are no risks to you.

Expected benefits of the research
The findings of this research will enable a greater understanding of the nature of major cities and the components that go to form the attitudes to the city. It is important to understand how the public perceive these issues, in their own words. The results will assist the development of public policy.
