Reporting
There are two kinds of reports existing in the Report Module: namely, Email address status report and Email campaign result report.
   
1 - Email address status report
Listing out the number of
Frequent Clicker: email addresses which can be reached and the owner always interested to click the links inside the email;
Frequent Reader: email addresses which can be reached and the reading time of the email is sufficient (defined by company and length of the email)
Inactive Clicker: email address which can be reached but always don't click the links of the emails;
Inactive Reader: email address which can be reached but the reading time of the email is insufficient (defined by company and length of the email)
Uncontestable emails: these email addresses cannot be reached for several times of the email campaigns, and if the times of un-reach exceed the maximum tolerate limit, it will be turned into disabled email addresses automatically
Disabled emails: email addresses, which is disabled and would not be sent with any emails unless the customer of the email notifies the company to send him email again.
   
2 - Email campaign result report
u Provides a review of the result of certain email campaigns, such as the user's response rate.
u Figures are expressed in charts instead of just numerical data.
u In addition to report of a single email campaign, users can view reports across several email campaigns to see the trend and accumulating results, etc.
u Based on the statistics, Marketing Consultant can make a marketing analysis and point of view of the email campaign for future improvement.
