Vizz disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Vizz reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without prior notification.

Vizz expects that its subscribers who provide Internet services to others will comply fully with all applicable laws concerning the privacy of online communications. A subscriber's failure to comply with those laws will violate Vizz policy. If Vizz is sued because of activities of the subscriber that violate any law or the Services Agreement, the subscriber will pay any damages awarded against Vizz, plus costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
